I wonder how many of my wishes didn't come true and were good things. I can think of a couple that would have led to destructive behavior. My DH and I were talking about being specific when you wish for things yesterday. We were watching the olympics and Canadian kayaker who was supposed to win the gold in the 1000 meter race finished in 8th place. When he was intereviewed he said that he always wants to surprise people. Well, everyone was sure surprised.
